One of my favorite things about Elliston is that you don’t need to go crazy on decor to add beauty to the ceremony space. The ceremony lawn is nestled perfectly between the stone mansion, gardens, and vineyards, giving you gorgeous views no matter where you look. However, it’s always nice to add that personal touch to the ceremony space. We’ve collected photos and suggestions on how to make your ceremony area pop!
Signs, whether it’s chalkboard, canvas, or reclaimed wood, have become increadibly popular over the last few years. Not only do they provide a useful purpose by giving your guests direction, signs can also add to the overall theme of your wedding.
While it’s not necessary to add anything to the gazebo (especially with such a picturesque surrounding!), I think it’s a great way to make the space special. After all, the ceremony is the most important part of the day.
Some of our favorite touches are floral sprays or garlands on the gazebo, draping, and adding a special touch to the wine barrels. Don’t be afraid to get creative!
