Our 2019 Wedding Fair

Every year we host our wedding fair to kick off the start of wedding season.
We love hosting this event for multiple reasons; we get to work closely with our
preferred vendors, show off our yummy food, and hang out with all of our upcoming
brides and grooms. This is a great time for couples to come out and meet our
preferred vendors in person and see some of their work showcased. It is also the
perfect time for couples to bring their friends and family to see their wedding
venue!

This year we worked closely with Pleasanton Rentals to create a few
beautiful display tables for the Terrace Room and some amazing rentals for outside
on our patio. Here are a few photos just incase you missed this fun day!

We loved putting together this fun and bold table scape. We brought out pops of color through the napkins and these gorgeous charges. The white flowers from LC Floral Design helped tie the look together.

We are in LOVEEEEE with velvet! Pleasanton Rentals had plenty of velvet linens to choose from, and we fell in love with this silver and copper linen. We love the texture on this, and the copper flat ware went perfectly with it!

For our third display table, we wanted to do something a little different. Luckily for us, Pleasanton Rentals had these amazing rustic wooden tables! These are the perfect statement tables, and would make for a very grand sweet heart table. We love the velvet napkins, marble plates, and the blue water goblets. The Flower House added a stunning centerpiece that complimented the table perfectly.

We think that the cocktail tables are the perfect spot to do something a little more fun and unexpected for your linens. We mixed and matched the beige Messa linen (which has a beautiful shimmer in the sunlight) with the fun Delft Blue Cambria linen. LC FLoral Design added some adorable arrangements for the tables – the perfect touch!

Couples always ask us what do put in the patio gazebo. We think this is the perfect spot for a lounge area. Guests loving having a nice place to relax during cocktail hour and the reception. We added some fun furniture pieces, and Karl from Delford West Flowers added some arrangements to elevate the look.

One of the other reason couples love coming to the Wedding Fair – the food! We love to show off some of our favorite meal items. This year we featured our Sangria Bar, Nacho Bar, late night snack sliders, and some of our favorite passed appetizers.

How fun are these hedges and shelf from Pleasanton Rentals?? It provided the perfect setting for our drink display.

Finally, no event would be complete without some lighting and draping. The team at Fantasy Sound helped us complete our vision with some gorgeous draping, and some super fun chandeliers!
